TT & E is a West Coast-headquartered litigation firm founded by a team of attorneys with diverse backgrounds. We founded this firm to practice law our way: results-driven, pragmatic, and aggressive,  while at the same time maintaining professionalism, collegiality, and respect for our colleagues and opposing counsel. Our roster of attorneys includes former federal and state prosecutors, former "big" firm litigators, former in-house counsel to the nation's largest independent broker-dealer, and a talented and growing associate rank whom we are proud to call our colleagues.
