EXPERIENCE:
Betty Huynh is an associate at TT & E and practices out of our Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, and labor and employment litigation.
Betty also has experience working in securities arbitration and litigation representing broker-dealers, registered representatives, and registered investment advisors. Prior to joining the firm, she handled cases pertaining to public entity defense, personal injury, civil rights, and constitutional law.

Defended financial advisor in professional negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty case related to an ERISA compensation plan to which the plaintiffs were beneficiaries.
Defended financial advisor in arbitration against claims for trade misappropriation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, conversion, and defamation filed by an investment management firm.
Won motion for summary judgment for public entity and public employees in child welfare case alleging constitutional violation under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth amendments.
Won motion for summary judgment for public employee in negligence case relating to adult conservatorship under the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act.
