Arianna Camargo is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on consumer finance and commercial litigation. She represents regional and national financial institutions in state and federal court, guiding clients from initial case assessment through mediation and resolution with a focus on practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Before joining the firm, Arianna practiced at Klinedinst PC, where she defended financial institutions in consumer finance and commercial disputes, authored initial case assessments evaluating exposure and dispositive motion strategy, and represented commercial clients at mediation. Earlier in her career, she gained rare insight into government enforcement through externships with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division and Antitrust Division. She also spent a summer with Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd as a Diversity Fellow summer associate, working on securities class action matters.
Arianna’s path to the law began with service. Before law school, she served four years in the United States Navy as a Lead Assistant Weather Forecast Duty Officer in Norfolk, Virginia, leading ten assistant forecasters and delivering daily risk assessments to command-level decisionmakers in support of fleet operations. She received an honorable discharge.
Arianna earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of The Commentary, the school’s online law journal, and was recognized as a Diversity Fellow (Class of 2021) by the San Diego County Bar Association. She earned her B.A. in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University. She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
Outside of her practice, Arianna remains committed to mentoring aspiring lawyers, particularly veterans and first-generation students navigating the path to the profession.
